Les conservateurs et leur méfaits


La fonction des conservateurs est de garder le plus longtemps les aliments comestibles! Le pourrissement se fait alors plus lentement ce qui permets notamment au industrie de conserver un tricks sur une longue période.

 

Mais qu’en est il concernant la santé ? 

 

Une fois en bouche, les aliments vont subir divers transformations. Ce n’est que le début d’un long parcours!

Le système digestif est programmé pour transformer la matière en molécules de matière, la nourriture en nutriments!

Apres son passage dans l’estomac seul les nutriments passent la membrane pour rejoindre les muscles à travers le sang.

La matière dépourvue de minéraux ou nutriments va suivre un autre chemin en direction de la selle ou de l’urine…

mais les conservateurs continuent de conserver plus ou moins ce qui reste de la matière ce qui va provoquer à la longue des problèmes digestifs! En général de grosses constipations mais ce n’est pas tout !

Vous devez savoir qu’en règle général ce qui est transformé par l’homme est de moindre qualité pour le corps.

Si vous aimez les gâteaux , faites en vous même ! Vous évitez alors une quantité de colorants, de produits chimiques, de conservateurs ! Vous éviterez aussi d’acheter des emballages plastiques ou métalliques qui entoure le produit conservé! Nous avalons beaucoup de micro-particules de plastique à travers l’alimentation, on dit aussi souvent que les boites de conserve placé au frigidaire ce n’est vraiment pas bon pour la santé!

Il n’y a que des avantages aux produits fait maison ! Non seulement vous pouvez décider de la quantité de sucre ou de sel et autres ingrédients nuisibles au corps mais en plus vous faites des économies ?

les ingrédients pour faire un gâteau par exemple ne nécessite que des ingrédients dit de matière première ! C’est aussi les moins cher en magasin?
